Is the clothing listed in good condition?
All 07vin_tage clothing is checked and cleaned prior to being uploaded to the website, however, vintage items may show some signs of wear or fade due to age but anything visible such as stains or holes will be noted in Bold highlight on the product description. There will be instances where we may have missed noting these defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item if this is the case. 
Remember, vintage clothing is second-hand and will not all be perfect. This only adds to the character of the garment!

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 working hours (Mon-Fri) of payment being processed.  We ship all orders via NZPost. On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking number.

All payments are made through 07vin_tage secure website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and eventually AfterPay

Can I cancel or change the order I’ve just placed?
In most cases we can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been packed and shipped. Please email us 07vintageee@gmail.com asap to advise of any changes or request cancellation.

Can I return my order?
Yes! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each situation will be judged on a 'case-by-case' basis. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
07vin_tage reserves the right to provide refunds when necessary.  

My parcel says it has been delivered but I haven't received it?
Always check the tracking number we have provided and check on the freight company website directly.
If orders are lost in transit we do not provide refunds or store credits.
